The mechanical design of Pressure vessels and Heat exchangers are carried out by AutoCAD Software using American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME Section Div- II, V, VIII & IX API 660, AWS D1.1, IS codes. AutoCAD is used for drafting and 3D modeling is performed on Inventor under the experienced engineering and design team.
Design and development has been core strength of TSI since inception. TSI has always been keen to take step change to upgrade designing capabilities. TSI has adequate facilities to perform Mechanical design and Analysis of parts.

In corporate tenure of more than 11 years TSI has supplied over 10,500+ MT structure & process equipment, Which lead TSI to vast experienced over different metallurgies. For the advancement of welding TSI has invested a lot in technology welding equipment.

We have Sufficient equipment for SAW, SMAW, GTAW and GMAW processes with expertise in welding of MILD STEEL, CARBON STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL- Duplex / Super Duplex & HIGH ALLOYS – cladded, titanium, inconel structures and sheets.

We are inclined towards advancements in welding technology with introduction of semi- automatic, and planning for automized & robotic welding in near future for betterment in quality, aesthetics and increased output quickly and efficiently. 

TS INDUSTRYS has the latest machinery, tools, skilled manpower, handling equipment, and various in-house facilities for smooth operation and quality product. We have developed a sound infrastructure base that is subject to regular upgradation based on technology and working systems. Our company has 30000 Sq. Ft. of land, in which infrastructure set up is over 25000 Sq. Ft. with well-furnished office spread over an area of 1500 Sq. Ft.

TS INDUSTRYS has 2 well-facilitated fabrication bays with different capacity of EOT cranes, high-tech modern machines, and dedicated areas for Cutting, Welding, SS fabrication, Equipment assembly, , Painting, etc. Furthermore, the company has an open space available that can be utilized either for material yard and if required for the fabrication of large equipment or large steel structures.
